SDM recognizes the importance of ensuring that all children are cared for, nurtured, and protected within a holistic environment and seeks to ensure policies that are consistent with reporting and observational good practice. To this end, all employed teaching staff are Garda vetted and, as company policy, made aware of their responsibilities to ensure the safety and care of all children attending the school.
